Achievement of total FX and DCI revenue against established regional targets for Malaysia and Singapore.
Year-over-year growth metrics for the Foreign Currencies book and the active DCI client base.
Transaction volume and digital penetration rates for FX solutions .
Optimization of the rollover efficiency rate and overall portfolio retention metrics for DCI products.
Education & Certifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline. Professional certifications such as CFA or relevant regulatory qualifications are highly advantageous.
Extensive Industry Experience: A minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience within the financial services sector, with a dedicated focus on Wealth Management, Global Markets, or Treasury operations.
Technical Domain Expertise: Deep, specialized knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX) dynamics, Dual Currency Investments (DCI), structured products, and derivative pricing, coupled with a strong understanding of market risk.
Proven Leadership & P&L Ownership: A demonstrable track record in a strategic role, showing success in managing regional P&L, driving commercial growth, and scaling product portfolios across distinct wealth segments.
Strategic Vision & Execution: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret market trends and translate them into actionable, high-impact marketing and sales strategies tailored for diverse client profiles.
