Work Schedule
- Part-Time Position
- Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
- Closed on Sundays
Requirements
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist customers with basic questions and connect them with the right department
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
- Support dealership teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Help create a positive and memorable customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer and phone skills
