What We are looking for

As a Head of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) you will lead our financial planning strategy, support executive decision-making, and drive business performance across all functions. You will report directly to the CFO and collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders to ensure data-backed insights and scalable financial processes.

What you will work on

• Ensure financial planning aligns with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
• Collaborate with accounting and BI team to implement and optimize financial planning
• Provide variance analysis and commentary on monthly performance for CFO review
• Support strategic planning by providing reliable financial data
• Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives and presentations for executive leadership and board stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital components (AR, AP etc.)
• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, coordinating with business units to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Propose and implement process improvements, automation, and cost-saving initiatives
• Build and maintain scenario models to assess potential business outcomes and inform decision-making   
• Support mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, or capital allocation projects  
  

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar role, ideally in tech or online gaming industry
• Proven track record in building forecasting models and supporting C-level executives
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory frameworks
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
