WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Lead the finance planning function, covering long-term and short-term financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business financial optimization
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and tax compliance
- Collaborate with colleagues from accounting and other business units to ensure smooth, accurate and timely period close and reporting processes.
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team
- Provide recommendations to the CEO and assist on long-term financial and business planning
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (legal, business growth, commercial, M&A and etc.), external counterparties and advisors
- Track cash flow and analyse the company’s financial weaknesses and strength, whilst proposing corrective actions
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in finance or financial control
- Excellent financial forecasting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other financial management software (Business Central (NAV))
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to strategise and devise solutions
- Impeccable analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers
- Excellent financial planning skills and budget improvement

GROSS SALARY
- 4 900 - 7 438 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
