In this role, you will...
- Oversee strategic financial planning and analysis, while streamlining processes
- Lead financial reporting and compliance

- Support revenue function with comp plan and analysis
- Develop ROI framework and metric-driven across the company
About you:
- We’re looking for someone with top tier strategic and operational capabilities who’s worked in both high growth and high performance environments demonstrating sufficient financial, investment and managerial acumen (e.g. startups and possibly mix of management consulting, finance, or investment banking and strategic finance)
- 10+ years working experience in Venture Capital or Private Equity backed start-ups, Finance or Consulting
- Experience in a senior management role ideally with both business operations and financial responsibilities at a high-growth organization
- Relevant working experience in forecasting, budgeting, strategy, and driving key operational results through effective capital allocation
- Successful track record in supporting equity financing rounds (ideally through Series B and beyond)
- Strong growth mentality with the ability to build good working relationships with many different internal and external stakeholders, ability to influence others and inspire change
- Very hands on who can balance short term needs with long term objectives
- Comfortable with making traceoffs between short term and long term objectives and making decisions with less than 100% of the data.
- Good blend of hands-on FP&A and Accounting desired.
- Must be US East Coast time zone, prefer NY-area based with ability to come to the office one day a week (located around Union Square)
