Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of the company’s financial strategy
• Oversee preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and financial plans
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with financial policies
• Monitor revenue, costs, and overall financial performance of the business
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders
• Oversee cash flow management and financial forecasting
• Lead and develop the finance team to deliver strong performance
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualification & Experience
• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA, ICA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) is required
• Minimum of 10–12 years’ experience in finance or accounting
• At least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role
• Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and financial control
