Job Description

Demonstrating Strategic thinking and thought leadership on evolving efficient P2P process. • Focus on efficient end to end process in P2P and ensuring to meet/exceed the SLA's Operating; designing & driving culture on Continuous Improvement in team. Collaborating with Business Transformation; Technology; TBS Finance; Service Management Office; Finance Project • Ensure proven controls within the processes • Challenging processes and practices with a continuous improvement attitude • Develop and cultivate talent in the team and develop a hard-working team • Create environment of Learning & Development; build culture of visibility and inclusiveness. • Ensure process governance throughout the team including regular reporting and analysis to key partners • Partner with partners in markets for any change to be driven in markets/ process. • Be change champion; leading some of the changes in process to make it more efficient and effective

Qualifications

I head the Payables Vertical and am in charge of managing supplier payments for the group for Goods for Resale and Not for resale. I am also responsible for Colleague Expenses management. I implement strategy and drive operations
- Programme, Process and Change Management - Operational excellence - KPI and metric driven - Strong communicator, Influencing, Stakeholder management, Innovation mindset - Digitalisation and Emerging technologies - Methodology driven (Design thinking, CI, Lean Six sigma, Process mining)
- Management of large team-
- Create stronger relationships with the market I support by ensuring that all spokes of Service delivery are managed well
- Track record of effectively leading large operations - Finance experience in a large organization with different countries, in matrix culture -Working with senior business stakeholders as a finance representative - A service excellence attitude - Driving improvements and efficiencies in process
