Head of Finance Operations

What You Will Do

Own and lead Insider One’s Finance Operations function globally, including Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, treasury, and cash management across all 26 operating countries.

Manage Insider One’s banking relationships across multiple geographies, ensuring optimal account structures, payment capabilities, and cost efficiency.

Oversee day-to-day payment operations — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all payment types and jurisdictions.

Build and continuously optimize Procure-to-Pay workflows and systems, driving efficiency and control across the full purchase-to-payment cycle.

Lead and develop a geographically distributed Finance Operations team, fostering a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Partner with Controlling, FP&A, Legal, and Procurement on cross-functional processes, ensuring Finance Operations is a reliable and proactive partner to the business.

Drive automation and technology adoption across Finance Operations, reducing manual effort, improving accuracy, and building scalable infrastructure.

Own cash positioning, liquidity management, and short-term cash forecasting globally, ensuring Insider One always has full visibility into its financial position.

What You Will Need

8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Treasury, or a related senior finance leadership role, with meaningful exposure to multi-country environments.

Strong experience managing payment operations, banking relationships, and cash management at scale across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.

Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes and the ERP and payment platforms that support them.

A proven ability to build, lead, and develop distributed finance teams across different geographies and time zones.

A track record of building operational infrastructure in high-growth, global environments — and the ability to bring structure to scale.

A strong bias toward process improvement, automation, and technology — always looking for ways to do things better, not just maintain the status quo.

Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively across international teams, stakeholders, and regulatory environments.
