As Finance Head GSA (all genders) within our Finance GSA team, you will lead and coordinate the finance function for the MCO GSA & Germany, ensuring alignment with Sanofi’s strategic roadmap, Finance Core Model, and compliance with local legislation and group requirements. You act as a partner to operationalize strategy, a driver of transformation, and guardian of company assets, having an oversight of statutory and tax reporting and treasury topics. Acting as deputy CFO. 

Main responsibilities: 

• Finance Governance & Strategic Execution: Implement Sanofi’s Finance strategy, represent Finance in leadership teams, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead strategic projects. 

• Performance Management & Planning: Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting, monitor financial performance, and ensure financial viability of new initiatives. 

• Operational Excellence & Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting, guide cash management, and drive process simplification and risk management. 

• Leadership & People Development: Build and lead a high-performing team, foster talent development, and promote a collaborative One Finance Community. 

• External Representation & Compliance: Serve as the senior finance representative, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and represent the MCO CFO GSA. 

• Cultural Transformation: Champion continuous improvement, lead cultural transformation, and promote behaviors aligned with Sanofi’s strategic goals. 

Experience: Relevant experience in a Finance department

• IT/Systems: MS, TM1, SAP, PLAI

Education: Academic degree in Finance or Economics 

Languages: Fluent in German and English
