As Head of Finance GIN, you will play a key role in achieving the business objectives of KONE Door Business. You will act as a strategic advisor to the management team and other stakeholders and be responsible for delivering reliable financial information, effective planning and control, and driving both operational and commercial performance.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Provide strategic financial support to the management team.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and drive top-line growth and operational efficiency.
- Implement KONE’s financial strategy, particularly in customer-facing processes such as invoicing, collections, and customer financing.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners across the finance organisation.
Business Partnering
- Act as a sparring partner to management and other key stakeholders.
- Initiate improvement projects and prioritise activities that create the most customer value and business impact.
- Translate data and insights into concrete recommendations.
Financial Processes & Compliance
- Responsible for accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in the areas of financial reporting, treasury, and tax.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Oversee cash flow, accounts receivable management, and internal controls.
Your Profile
- You are results-oriented and a driver of change
- You are collaborative, talent-focused, and accountable in decision-making.
- You act with integrity, think analytically, and communicate with impact.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Controller or similar role.
- Proven experience in business partnering and financial steering.
- Preferably a Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Familiarity with matrix organizations and working with external service providers.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of the Dutch language is a pre.
