Finance isn’t just about processing numbers – it’s about powering unforgettable journeys. As a rapidly growing travel agency, our finance team plays a crucial role in managing the complex intersection of travel operations and financial strategy. We are looking for a Head of Finance to join our Thai legal entity, the largest market in the 12Go Group.
- Fluent English (written & spoken) is a must; Thai native-level required.
- 10+ years experience in business finance, with the last 2 years in a senior leadership role
- Expertise in taxes is a must.
- International experience and/or education.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- People management: leading a team of 5 professionals.
- Effective cash flow planning and management.
- Main coordination point between Bangkok, Singapore, and Israel offices in the finance group.
- Participate in weekly meetings and provide necessary and important information.
- Ensure compliance and internal control.
- Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge.
- Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities.
- Arranging financial audits and reviews as required.
- Developing improvements.
- Developing finance organizational strategies.
- Proven experience in Accounting and taxes
- Proven experience in Financial reporting and financial planning areas.
- Engaging work on a product that enables millions of travelers to book their trips daily
