We are seeking an experienced Finance Systems Lead to drive, manage, and optimize our global financial systems ecosystem. In this role, you will take ownership of key platforms like Zuora and NetSuite, leading complex projects from initiation through implementation. You will combine high-level cross-functional leadership with hands-on operational execution, including full ownership of our monthly billing process, to ensure our financial infrastructure scales effectively with company growth.

• Monthly Billing Ownership: Lead and manage the end-to-end monthly billing cycle process, taking complete accountability for the execution and hands-on operation of core billing workflows.
• Ecosystem Management: Own the implementation, administration, and day-to-day support of the company’s G&A and finance systems ecosystem (including Zuora, NetSuite, and integrated tools).
• Project Leadership: Lead finance systems projects through the full lifecycle—from requirement gathering, planning, and design to delivery, testing, and implementation.
• Process Design & Optimization: Partner with stakeholders to design and implement robust financial processes and system solutions tailored to evolving business needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-departmental teams including Finance, Billing Ops, Customer Success, Product, R&D, Data, and BI to align system architectures.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure all systems and processes adhere to internal control requirements, audit standards, and global financial regulations.
• Documentation & Mentorship: Develop and maintain technical/process documentation while providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development for team members.

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing financial information systems within a global environment (SaaS/High-Tech industry preferred).
• Core Systems: Proven hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and/or NetSuite Financials, as well as Workday and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Team & Vendor Management: Proven experience managing teams and external vendors/contractors, including setting priorities, overseeing delivery, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with SQL, REST APIs, and system integration tools/iPaaS platforms.
• Project Delivery: Strong background in leading complex financial tech projects using Agile methodologies.
• Analytical & Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills with a track record of effective stakeholder management up to upper management levels.
• Language & Communication: Fluent written and spoken English with exceptional communication skills.
• Mindset: Highly motivated, hard-working, and resilient, with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
