About the role
As Head of Finance – APAC, you act as the strategic financial partner to the Regional Head, sharing accountability for P&L, balance sheet, working capital, and cash flow delivery. You integrate financial controlling, FP&A, business partnering, and people leadership to support decision-making, optimize performance, and drive business growth across the region.
What you will do
- Collaborate with APAC leadership to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Analyze variances, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales and service efficiency
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and reporting across APAC legal entities
- Implement strong internal controls, process harmonization, digitalization, and automation
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions
- Lead, coach, and develop regional finance teams, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture
- Act as a trusted partner in strategy discussions, linking financial goals to operational objectives
What you bring to the team
- 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or finance business partnering
- Proven expertise in sales, service, or revenue-focused finance roles
- Experience managing multi-country finance & accounting teams
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory compliance, VAT, tax, and transfer pricing
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; Master’s or certifications (e.g., AICPA) a plus
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly within APAC
