Job Description:
Finance Head will lead the finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial control
functions for a fast-growing QSR café chain operating across multiple locations and states. The
role requires strong expertise in high-volume retail transactions, multi-payment
reconciliations, GST, audits, and internal controls
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall finance strategy, planning & budgeting for multi-store QSR
operations
- Drive P&L management, cost control & profitability improvement
- Oversee daily accounting, MIS, and financial reporting
- Manage store-wise sales reconciliation (POS, UPI, card, cash, wallets)
- Ensure cash flow, working capital & fund management
- Control inventory valuation, wastage & food cost analysis (COGS)
- Lead taxation & compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory filings)
- Handle audits – internal, statutory & process audits
- Implement financial controls, SOPs & fraud prevention systems
- Monitor CAPEX planning for new outlets & expansion projects
- Manage vendor payments, contracts & negotiations
- Drive ERP/POS finance integration & automation
- Supervise payroll, reimbursements & employee settlements
- Prepare financial dashboards & business insights for leadership
- Lead and develop the finance & accounts team
Qualifications:
• Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required.
• 10-15 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Expert Level accounting knowledge.
