Role Overview:

As the Head of Federal Sales and Go-to-Market Strategy, you will play a critical role in scaling Yurts’s federal footprint by driving revenue growth, forging key partnerships, and leading our go-to-market efforts. You will be instrumental in helping federal agencies adopt AI solutions that move beyond experimentation to unlock real operational value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a federal sales strategy aligned with Yurts’s mission to connect AI with mission-critical systems.
    • Achieve aggressive revenue targets by expanding Yurts’s presence across key federal accounts.
  • Go-to-Market Execution:
    • Lead the design and implementation of go-to-market strategies for Yurts’s secure AI solutions tailored to federal needs.
    • Partner with marketing and product teams to position Yurts as the premier AI integration platform in high-security environments.
  • Client Engagement and Partnership Building:
    • Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders within federal agencies, including the DoD and national security organizations.
    • Collaborate with partners such as Oracle to deliver transformative solutions that enhance legacy systems with AI.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the federal sector, leveraging Yurts’s unique value proposition in secure, scalable AI integration.
    • Ensure Yurts’s solutions meet and exceed compliance standards for sensitive and secret environments.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on federal accounts.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in federal sales, go-to-market, or business development roles, with a focus on technology solutions.
    • Proven track record of selling into federal agencies, particularly the DoD or national security organizations.
    • Experience with AI, data analytics, or enterprise software solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge:
    • Extensive experience in AI, data analytics, or enterprise software, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of deploying these technologies in mission-critical environments.
    • Familiarity with integrating AI solutions into legacy systems of record to unlock operational efficiency, productivity, and decision-making insights.
    • In-depth knowledge of federal procurement processes, compliance requirements, and security standards for sensitive and classified environments.
    • Expertise in leveraging AI technologies to address complex challenges within federal agencies, including DoD and national security organizations.
    • Strong understanding of the evolving AI landscape, including emerging trends, tools, and frameworks relevant to high-security environments

Security Clearance:

  • Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
