Ethics and Business Integrity (EBI) at Sanofi enables the transformation of medicine to improve patients' lives. As Head of Ethics and Business Integrity Hungary, you will act as a strategic, agile, and solution-oriented business partner, focusing on sustainable business growth, the design and implementation of patient-centric innovation at all levels, and the integration of societal expectations in the development of Sanofi products and services. As a cross-functional collaborator, you will be an architect of change, leveraging data, science, and principles to foster thoughtful risk-taking and decision-making across the company. You will shape the healthcare environment by co-designing the future ecosystem with various stakeholders and play a key role in helping everyone at Sanofi bring the best version of themselves to work every day.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the effective implementation of Sanofi Global Ethics & Business Integrity (EBI) Strategy across different business units in Hungary
- Serve as the single point of contact for country leadership on EBI matters
- Act as a strategic business partner to enable sustainable business growth while ensuring proper Third-Party risk management
- Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement
- Ensure timely implementation of global policies/standards/best practices
- Deploy EBI training, awareness, and communication campaigns
- Steer and measure the efficacy of the EBI program
- Partner with management on implementing corrective actions
- Provide advice to support business decision-making
- Report potential violations and participate in investigations when required
- Lead the Ethics & Business Integrity Committee
- Collaborate with other Sanofi assurance functions for better risk management
About you
Experience:
- Experience as Compliance Officer or similar position, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in successfully working in multicultural environments with cross-functional collaboration
Soft and technical skills:
- Strategic thinking and people leadership capabilities
- Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and team player attitude
- Growth mindset with relationship and influence skills
- Project management understanding
- Knowledge of anti-corruption requirements and pharmaceutical industry self-regulation
- Ability in Agile Transformation and Change management
- Skills in listening, negotiating, and managing complex situations
- Capacity to operate at any level of the One Sanofi organization
Languages:
- Fluent English (both verbal and written)
- Hungarian is a must
Education:
- University degree (pharmacist, medical, finance, auditing, legal)
