  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Senior Sales Account Executive
  • At least 4 years of proven experience as a Sales Director / Team Leader.
  • Ability to lead and develop others - while executing on your own sales targets.
  • Results oriented and goals driven sales DNA.
  • Managing full sale-cycles for SaaS solutions and other services.
  • Experience working with and selling into Enterprise businesses / organizations in the US.
  • Hands-on approach to developing and building pipelines from scratch, including cold calling, email sequence etc.
  • Experience in cross-selling, offering multiple products to both existing and potential customers.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and to meet with stakeholders within accounts.
  • Strong relationship building, negotiating and closing skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, self-learner, passionate, and a people person.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Willingness to travel for customers meetings and events.

Advantage experience:

  • Familiarity / experience with selling Real-Estate Investment Management domain tools (Juniper, Appfolio, InvestNext, agora etc.) - advantage
  • Experience hunting / selling in Financial Market or Real Estate domains
  • Experience working with sales tools as Avoma / Gong, Outreach, HubSpot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo etc.
