Job Description- Onboarding new enterprise banking Customers and proactive relationship management Engagement.
- Daily sales monitoring and reporting, Track percentage conversion ratio, Monitor proactive sales leads, Monitor specified sales and cross sell target.
- Dormant accounts reactivation.
- Cross selling the bank’s products and services to existing customers.
- Handling of customers complaint Improve customer experience and grow the bank’s share of wallet by proactively engaging the customer via telephone/email/web chat for more pocket share.
- First degree in any relevant discipline
- ACCA or ACA or master's would be an added advantage.
Experience
At least 10 years' experience is required in frontline banking, Relationship Management Commercial banking and Business banker, with products and services.
Experience with handling and organising large data.
Proficiency in Excel. Understanding of banking products and services,
