Build strong relationships across delivery, product, and client stakeholders to facilitate strong collaboration across the business. Connect the dots between stakeholders.
Capacity planning, hiring planning, and interviewing so that we’re consistently raising the bar and bringing on the right people.
Balancing short-term objectives with long-term vision and anticipating the needs of the team, Kraken, and our clients.
Roll out global strategic objectives within the team, supporting the team through change, building trust, and managing expectations.
Work closely with the Head Of Engineering community and Senior Management to define global strategic direction and objectives, advocating on behalf of the team and their needs.
