Head of Education - Technology National role with hybrid working and regular travel to York (Head Office) Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 dependent on experience Are you passionate about transforming education through technology? As an Education Technology Specialist, the Head of Education - Technology will lead a large team of educational professionals to maintain and extend STEM Learning’s position within the sector as the ‘home’ of STEM professional development and support. This role will lead STEM Learning's CPD, content development and educational strategies.
The Role
As the Head of Education - Technology, you will lead a large team of educational professionals, spearhead CPD, content development, and educational strategies, and integrate technology to optimise our products and services. The role also involves extending STEM Learning's reach to improve all teachers' pedagogy and reduce teacher workload through greater utilisation of technology and digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a forward-thinking Educational Product Roadmap
- Innovate and deliver curriculum-linked educational products aligned with the Educational Product Roadmap
- Enhance teaching and learning through technology
- Stay updated on educational technology, pedagogy and research trends, promoting knowledge sharing internally and externally

Qualifications and experience required for this role:
- Education Degree with a tech background and knowledge of educational technologies, solutions and platforms
- Proven experience in EdTech solutions
- Strong technical and communication skills for effective interactions with educators and stakeholders
