We are looking for a Head of E-commerce to own and manage our direct to consumer online shop and drive its performance across all markets. This role owns on site revenue performance and daily e-commerce execution, leading a small e-commerce team and working closely with Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, Tech, and Customer Care to ensure the website sells effectively and continuously improves.

Your Tasks
  • Own overall DTC e-commerce performance across all markets, including conversion rate and average order value

  • Translate commercial goals into clear e-commerce priorities and concrete on site actions

  • Monitor daily performance and react quickly to opportunities, issues, and stock or conversion risks

  • Own homepage, category pages, product pages, navigation, and onsite merchandising decisions

  • Ensure the website is always clear, conversion focused, and fully aligned with the brand

  • Make final decisions on onsite structure, hierarchy, and merchandising trade offs

  • Lead onsite execution of product launches, campaigns, promotions, bundles, gifts, and seasonal initiatives

  • Ensure strong alignment between marketing campaigns, stock availability, and onsite execution

  • Lead, develop, and prioritise a lean, high impact e-commerce team

  • Work with external agencies and freelancers when needed

  • Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, Brand, Supply Chain, Tech, and Customer Care

  • Partner with Tech to scope, prioritise, and deliver website improvements

  • Track and report on key e-commerce KPIs, sharing clear insights and recommendations with leadership

  • Focus on actions and outcomes, not reporting for reporting’s sake

     
Your Profile
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in DTC e-commerce, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle

  • Hands on experience owning onsite performance and e-commerce merchandising

  • Strong experience working with Shopify or comparable e-commerce platforms

  • Proven background in onsite optimisation and e-commerce operations

  • Highly commercial and execution driven mindset

  • Comfortable making trade offs between brand, speed, and conversion

  • Data driven, pragmatic, and outcome oriented

  • Able to work in a lean setup with high ownership and accountability

  • Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and make decisions

  • Experience working in international, multi market setups is a plus

  • Experience managing agencies or freelancers is a plus

  • Genuine interest in skincare, beauty, or consumer brands

  • Fluent in English, another European language is a plus
