Job Description:
Proven Sales or Marketing experience, including full management of a business P&L
A track record of meeting / exceeding commercial objectives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner and work with others across the organisation to achieve shared objectives and get work done.
A self-starter who is results-oriented and pursues opportunities with energy and drive, finding solutions in spite of obstacles and setbacks and always on the hunt for new growth opportunities.
Able to efficiently identify, determine root cause, propose and implement solutions to solve problems.
Experience in areas such as (but not exclusive to): National Accounts, Marketing Customer Marketing, Category Leadership and SRM.
Develop the long term Mars Drinks business strategy focusing on driving core distribution, NPD and MAC attack
Leading a cross functional business unit to deliver short term objectives and long-term strategy
Lead the end to end product lifecycle from concept to instore execution.
Determining the business models and identifying new partners (linear, non liner and licencing)
Responsible for in year delivery of financial targets, including leading periodic forecasting and financial decisions to ensure targets are met

Commercial management of product P&L
Management and support of external distribution partners including pricing and promotional strategy, category insights and selling stories
Work with the Marketing Manager to deliver marketing campaign and activations across the Drinks business
Ensuring that the drinks category is compliant with all brand governance.
Connecting with internal stakeholders to connect the product portfolio to Snacking Category Vision
