Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product vision and strategy for candidate-side experience, aligning with business goals
- Lead job aggregation operations, ensuring Jora has comprehensive market coverage
- Collaborate with AI teams to craft and test bold, groundbreaking ideas
- Develop product roadmaps, prioritize goals, and navigate performance metrics
- Lead and mentor a team of product and operational professionals
- Champion cross-functional teamwork and maintain stakeholder relationships
Qualifications
- Demonstrable cross-disciplinary experience in strategy, product, innovation, and AI
- Critical thinking with a data-driven, analytical approach to problem-solving
- Strong intuition for business and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for digital marketplaces and products
- Proven record as an encouraging people leader
- Experience in search engine optimization preferred, but not required
