We’re looking for a visionary Director of Analytics to lead our analytics efforts, driving impactful insights, and shaping the future of our consumer experiences. In this role you will spearhead efforts to leverage data to inform strategic decisions across the organization. Your role will be pivotal in designing analytics frameworks, leading a high-performing team, and providing insights that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the development of advanced analytical models (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI) to solve complex business problems.
- Implement state-of-the-art analytics tools and methodologies to enable efficient data exploration and visualization.
- Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making culture within the organization, ensuring stakeholders understand and can effectively utilize analytics.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams to embed analytics into key decision-making processes.
- Build, mentor, and lead a diverse team of high-performing data analysts, business intelligence professionals, and data scientists.
- Provide thought leadership in leveraging AI/ML to develop innovative, data-driven products and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the analytics capabilities of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with a proven record of driving impact in consumer technology, e-commerce, or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, predictive modeling, and statistical methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Experience in integrating AI/ML models into real-world applications.
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing analytics teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
