Position Overview: 

The Head/Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial management and operations. They play a crucial role in budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. The Head/Director of Finance works closely with department heads to guide budget planning and expenditure monitoring. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.

  • Coordinate and support external audits and financial reviews.

  • Monitor and control expenses to align with approved budgets.

  • Provide guidance and support to department heads in budget planning and expenditure monitoring.

Requirements

Requirements: 

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

  2. 5+ years relevant experience

  3. Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, including legal compliances.

  4. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

  5. Proficiency in preparing accurate and timely financial statements.

  6. Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
