What your typical day will look like:

We are seeking a Head of Digital with 10+ years of agency experience across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have led or contributed to integrated planning processes, strategically leveraging digital channels to drive measurable business value.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all digital initiatives, ensuring exceptional deliverables for clients, enhancing Dentsu’s reputation in the Philippines and across the region, building and upskilling the local team, and occasionally leading new business pitches. The role requires a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly organized leader who can manage multiple projects effectively, with a strong focus on driving tangible results.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Develop strategic, innovative and integrated digital communication solutions driven by a good understanding of consumer behavior across different digital touch points to fulfill clients’ business objectives
  • Ability to lead and be successful in new business
  • Facilitate improved media knowledge and network co-operation
  • Provide a collaborative framework for clients & the agency network community
  • Build best practice and share experience within the group
  • Help define KPIs and work with the regional Ad Operations team to develop the appropriate tracking protocols
  • Develop existing business geographically
  • Grow existing clients organically through additional services through developing a deep understanding of their business and strong client relationships
  • Commercially minded – always be looking to drive new media opportunities for clients
  • Drive and partake in global & regional new business pitches
  • Involvement in setting/delivering PDPs and staff development as required.

A bit about you:

  • University graduate, Bachelor Degree holder in Communication/Business or relevant discipline is preferable
  • 10+ years experience in digital media strategic planning, buying and client service with at least 5 years in social, performance and programmatic.
  • Experience in developing and executing regional digital strategies
  • Proven leadership qualities
  • Proven ability to drive innovation across client business, and internally dentsu
  • Ability to be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and organized across multiple projects with clients and various internal stakeholders and teams
  • Firm understanding of the digital media landscape and the drive to keep up to date with the latest trends
  • Excellent presentation skills and exceptional client servicing ability
  • Enthusiastic in seeking out creative solutions to achieve clients' business goals and objectives
  • Familiar with 3rd party ad serving systems such as DoubleClick / Sizmek and other relevant technologies including bid management tools, DSPs, tag managers etc
  • Experience in creating and maintaining good relationships with digital partners/vendors
