Purpose of the Role:

The Head of Digital will be important for improving and further developing our digital marketing capabilities. This role will enhance our competitive edge by applying cutting-edge digital strategies and technologies. By bringing a blend of technical proficiency, leadership, and business acumen, the Head of Digital will ensure that dentsu Latvia not only meets but exceeds its digital marketing goals. This position will directly help us achieve our goals by:

  • Driving significant improvements in campaign performance and Return.
  • Expanding our client base through effective business development strategies.
  • Enhancing team capabilities and encouraging a culture of innovation.
  • Ensuring superior client satisfaction through tailored digital solutions.
  • Leading our transition to more data-driven and technology-focused marketing approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC, media buying, and performance media.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google products (Google Ads, Google Analytics). Expertise in PPC and search engine marketing (SEM). Experience with media buying and performance media strategies.
  • Leadership experience: Experience leading a team.
  • Sales and Business Development: Experience attracting new business and increasing sales growth.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment if necessary and manage multiple projects.
  • High level of creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
