Job Description- Develop and implement the company’s digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals by providing guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback on their performance.
- Manage the digital channels for Inetum, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising. Ensure the effective management and optimization of the company’s website to enhance its performance.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance marketing processes.
- Foster collaboration with field marketing teams to create effective local campaigns while offering guidance and training.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Develop relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing digital marketing strategies and successful campaigns, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
