Department Summary
Our Wireless Technology team is pioneering the future of connectivity. We're developing and enhancing a unique hybrid network model-combining our advanced, cloud-native 5G core with the nationwide reach of our partners. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee departmental staffing, including hiring, training, performance management, and strategic task delegation
- Lead platform integration projects, ensuring alignment between enterprise architecture and cross-functional delivery teams
- Manage daily engineering operations, driving adherence to performance indicators and service level agreements
- Define integration and technical requirements for current and future devices, collaborating with OEMs and product managers
- Partner with IT and business teams to design, test, and deploy systems, reporting, and integration improvements
- Provide technical leadership for enterprise IT buildouts supporting supply chain and service enablement initiatives
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, system design, and product development for smartphones and tablets including product configuration, feature and offering integration, third-party vendor management, new product introduction, and lifecycle management
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management with emphasis in system integration including industry leading practices (e.g. blind receiving, virtual warehousing, Available-to-Promise)
- 5+ years of management experience in a team-oriented workplace
- Experience in service establishment (e.g. front-end integration with product catalogs, available-to-promise, order management functions), service enablement (e.g. knowledge on device/SIM activation, network provisioning, Value-Added-Services (VAS) for MVNO and MNO architectures, and device / SIM management engineering (e.g. experience with product configurations and MDM platforms/policies across Android & iOS products)
- Experience with standards bodies & forums (e.g. 3GPP, GSMA, NPAC, NANC)

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $146,300.00/Year - $209,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
