Blink22 is looking for a visionary Head of Design to lead our design team and drive innovation across our product offerings. In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of design, including UI/UX, graphic design, and branding. Your strategic mindset and deep understanding of user-centered design principles will help elevate our design approach and ensure that we create engaging and intuitive user experiences.

Requirements
Required Technical Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in design with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in creating and managing design systems and brand guidelines.
- Expertise in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and contributions.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Ability to analyze user research and usability testing data to inform design decisions.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, as well as responsive design.
- Experience working with engineering and product teams in an agile development environment.
