Job Description
The Head of Demand Generation will lead BrainCheck’s demand generation efforts including prospect, customer, and partner programs. A key driver of the company’s goals and objectives, the individual in this role will be responsible for strengthening demand generation programs and marketing operations strategies to accelerate and scale pipeline growth. They will work in partnership with the marketing team to strategize, execute, and measure BrainCheck’s go-to-market initiatives to achieve customer expansion and new business revenue goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with revenue targets. This includes defining target markets, buyer personas, and revenue goals. Align the demand generation strategy with the go-to-market strategy to drive the necessary qualified pipeline needed for customer and new business revenue targets. 
  • Lead Generation Campaigns: Hands-on leader and end-to-end owner of unique lead generation campaigns including email campaigns, ABM campaigns, search engine marketing (including paid SEO), digital advertising, webinars, etc. to drive best in class results and ensure maximum ROI. 
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Refine and deliver customer journeys, mapping lead generation strategies and targeted content to different stages of the buyer's cycle.
  • Marketing Operations: Manage marketing automation tools and systems ensuring an optimal martech stack, data growth/infrastructure, as well as streamlined lead processes, delivery, and measurement. Create and manage workflows, including lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Continuously analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation efforts. Create best in class campaign tracking and performance measurement, including building custom reports and dashboards. Lead all marketing analytics, including funnel measurement and velocity, ROI analysis, and customer lifecycle analysis that help drive improved marketing ROI and achieve pipeline goals. Be comfortable presenting at the executive level.
  • Testing and Optimization: Continuously test and optimize demand generation strategies to improve conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and overall campaign. Apply analytics to drive financial results.
  • Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team and revenue operations team. Establish strong communication and feedback loops between marketing and sales.
  • Demand Generation Excellence and Thought Leadership: Act as the company thought leader on demand generation best practices inspiring new ideas and tactics. Work with prospects, customers, and partners where relevant to show how BrainCheck’s technology and best practices drive improved results. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years demonstrated success owning demand generation at a high growth SaaS / software company
  • Strong leader and self-starter with proven track record of building and scaling demand generation and marketing operations programs
  • Evidence of success driving increased pipeline and bookings
  • Ability to balance both strategic and tactical responsibilities; comfortable working as both part of a high-performing team and as an independent performer
  • Strong experience with automation and CRM platforms including HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Exceptional ability to prepare, analyze and present recommendations to an executive level audience 
  • Evidence of using data to inform programs that have resulted in demonstrable pipeline growth 
  • Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and cross-functional communication skills. Ability to present both internally and to customers.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
