Who we're looking for
We're looking for a demand gen leader who can own the full pipeline function — strategy, execution, and the team behind it. You'll manage two existing team members and be the person accountable for turning marketing investment into revenue.
Your responsibilities
* Pipeline and MQL targets — you set the number and you hit it
* Full-funnel strategy across paid, email, lifecycle, and campaigns
* Budget allocation and performance reporting
* Managing and developing a two-person demand gen team
* Marketing automation and attribution infrastructure
* Alignment with sales on lead quality, handoffs, and follow-through
Requirements
What you bring to the table
* 6–8+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen
* At least 2 years managing a team — you know how to coach, not just delegate
* Comfortable owning paid performance and systems, not just strategy decks
* Strong with data — you can build a dashboard, read attribution, and make a budget case
* Experience with PLG or product-led + sales hybrid is a strong plus
* Hands-on with HubSpot or equivalent; knows when to automate and when to keep it simple
* High ownership and grit: You operate like a founder of your function. You don't wait for direction, and you finish what you start.
* Sharp written communication: You can brief content teams, pitch leadership, and write the kind of clear copy that both humans and LLMs reward.
