About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, execution-driven leader to define and drive AI project delivery excellence at Tribe AI. As Head of Delivery, you’ll orchestrate the successful execution of AI solutions across a range of engagements—from AI-powered application development to strategic consulting.
This role is about more than just managing projects—it’s about evolving what delivery means at Tribe AI. You’ll develop scalable frameworks, refine processes, and build high-performing teams that ensure every engagement meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation.
You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, clients, and project teams to create a repeatable, high-impact delivery engine—balancing execution rigor with the agility needed to push the boundaries of AI consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a robust delivery framework aligned with Tribe's consulting model
- Oversee multiple complex AI projects from inception to successful completion
- Drive resource allocation and optimization across project teams
- Manage executive client relationships and serve as key escalation point
- Detailed KPI tracking and reporting
- Oversee project margins and financial health while maintaining delivery excellence
- Refine SOW processes that enable seamless sales-to-delivery handoffs
- Establish quality control processes and KPIs to ensure consistent delivery standards
- Cross-functional collaboration details with Sales/Marketing
- Build and nurture high-performing delivery teams
About You:
- 5+ years of consulting and delivery leadership experience
- Strong track record managing large-scale technical projects and teams
- Deep understanding of AI project lifecycle and delivery methodologies
- Experience managing complex client relationships at the executive level
- Excellence in operational management and resource optimization
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance customer outcomes and business objectives
- Outstanding communication skills across technical and business audiences
- Proven ability to build and scale delivery processes in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing distributed teams and contractor workforces
- Passion for continuous improvement and delivery excellence
