At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we’re building the technology that powers a new era of intuitive, transparent, people-first banking. We’re looking for a Head of Data to lead our data strategy, data platforms, and ML initiatives. In this role, you’ll define the data vision, scale the team, and drive execution of high-impact data solutions that power our business and product decisions.
- 3+ years of experience leading data teams in a senior role (Head / Director / Group Lead).
- Proven success in scaling data teams (20+ people) across engineering and ML disciplines.
- Hands-on experience building and operating large-scale, cloud-based data platforms.
- Expertise with distributed data systems and architectures (Kafka, Snowflake, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills - with the ability to balance strategy and delivery.
