Head of Data Solutions & AI - Northern Europe & DACH
The Head of Data will be responsible for driving outcomes from data, measurement and AI that create growth for clients and Incubeta. They will nurture client relationships and generate growth through our marketing intelligence (MI) practice and through the up-sell and x-sell of MI solutions. This role reports into the Regional Operations Director for NE & DACH.
Key Responsibilities
Expertise & Solution Development
- Demonstrate an expert understanding of the data, AI and analytics landscape that can lead our marketing intelligence narrative
- Create and lead effective MI solutions for clients that show business impact and measurable outcomes
- Recommend new data solutions to clients where gaps exist and champion adoption within Incubeta
- Showcase marketing intelligence expertise, Incubeta’s value and understanding of client challenges through creation of blog posts, case studies & industry thought pieces
- Proactively engage across the data, analytics and digital marketing space to refine our solutions toward an appropriate market product fit thereby ensuring sustainable growth
- Leverage our existing IP centred around our Seamless suite, in particular Seamless Measurement
- Delivery
- Propose and implement initiatives to maintain ongoing key client relationships (regular performance reviews, roadmap workshops, business reviews) and collaboration across teams and markets
- Leverage best practices & frameworks to communicate recommendations to clients (backed up with evidence of results)
- Use appropriate tools & analysis techniques to understand clients’ business and tailor our approach on insights and solutions
- Set objectives with clients and ensure they are met when defining short and long term client strategies and delivering work
- Keep client objectives, customers and target audiences front of mind when consulting & providing recommendations
- Lead client projects - understand the scope and success criteria of the project; ensure consistency in delivery & communication
- Consistently update external and internal stakeholders on project roadmap, milestones, successes and potential risks - conveying the value of Incubeta marketing intelligence solutions throughout the lifecycle
Client Engagement & Growth
- Cultivate strong and lasting partnerships with senior clients across a range of sectors and locations
- Ensure key clients have a roadmap reflecting their strategic direction & advancement of marketing intelligence capability
- Build the value proposition of Incubeta solutions and embed the impact of marketing intelligence and AI with clients across Incubeta’s narrative
- Lead/support local and Global pitches, new business opportunities and upselling conversations
Leadership & Collaboration
- Foster strong relationships with teams across all markets in the NE & DACH region
- Lead and upskill our MI teams across the region by providing guidance, mentoring & coaching to support their development - oversee team outputs and act as escalation when required
- Work with and provide direction to our global capability and delivery hubs
- Create a high performance culture by encouraging innovation, recognising excellence and inspiring market leading innovative solutions
Qualifications and Skills
- 15+ years experience in digital analytics and/or consultancy with a proven track record of delivering impactful data insights and projects
- Demonstrable impact of measurement & data solutions
- Track-record of identifying and converting opportunities to drive GP
- Proven experience working in digital analytics & data with proficiency in a range of data management, visualisation and measurement tools
- Excellent client relationship management skills with an emphasis on partnership, client satisfaction and business growth
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and the ability to apply this knowledge to client solutions
- Expertise in how to measure, target and optimise audience strategy
