  • Working closely with business and strategy teams to anticipate changes required as the Group delivers its strategy

  • Recommending key changes and opportunities for improvement including automation

  • Collaborating with peers within the Risk function and across business units to monitor controls and the implementation of related changes

  • Ensuring close alignment to the Group’s Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and applicable regulatory standards

  • 5+ years of Strategic Decision Making, showing ability to make timely decisions, assimilate complex information, and provide relevant recommendations.

  • Deep expertise in data privacy, specifically in the practical aspects of how privacy risk arises in businesses, and how controls combine effectively to mitigate privacy risk

  • Strong understanding of the business process context in which privacy controls operate, including digital customer journeys, digital marketing, technology and business change

  • Strong customer focus and ability to evaluate privacy risks with a customer lens

  • Strong knowledge and expertise on non-financial risk
