Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic product and business initiatives across digital lending and fintech platforms.
- Develop and execute initiatives that improve customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, conversion, retention, and overall lifecycle performance.
- Analyse digital lending journeys and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, Finance, Analytics, and Compliance teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
- Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear product and technology priorities.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives across lending and financial-services processes.
- Evaluate new products, features, partnerships, and business opportunities aligned with organisational objectives.
- Monitor product performance, customer behaviour, portfolio metrics, and business KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
- Use data and analytics to support product decisions, business planning, and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with technology teams to build scalable, secure, and reliable fintech platforms.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements across customer journeys and operational workflows.
- Work with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure product initiatives align with applicable financial-services requirements.
- Develop business cases, strategic plans, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Monitor industry trends, fintech innovation, digital lending models, and competitive developments.
- Support strategic partnerships and ecosystem initiatives where required.
