We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced supply and operations professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Head of Customer Collaboration lies within the UKI Operations team, responsible for UK, Ireland. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into the Supply Chain Director UKI.
Leading the plan to establish industry benchmark customer service, creating customer partnerships and Joint Supply Plans by optimising product distribution, focusing on cost, on shelf availability, forecasting and supplier service levels, to support the company's overall targets will be your primary responsibility. You're constantly looking for continuous or disruptive improvement activities within the interface between our Retail and Foodservice Partners, Logistics and internal Sales teams across the region.
What you'll do:
  • To lead the interface between the Kraft Heinz Supply Chain and the Commercial functions
  • Establish the industry benchmark for customer service and supply chain partnership between Kraft Heinz and its Retail and Foodservice partners
  • To identify ways to create supply chain enabled value creation for Kraft Heinz through understanding process improvement and collaboration with our partners, advancing our competitive advantage and achieving and maintaining supply chain and commercial alignment across the Northern Europe business
  • Creating a High-Performance team of 10 Collaboration Managers and 6 Customer Service Managers across the region by for creating a strong learning and performance culture, building a strong leadership base for development throughout supply chain
  • Working with our central Order Management team in India to develop the very best customer experience and process improvements to drive efficiencies for the operation and your team
  • To identify new ideas for the overall logistic value chain; optimizing existing processes and support activities within the different customer business units

What you'll need:
  • Prior experience in a sales and customer logistics / supply chain role would be advantageous
  • Engaging and collaborative Leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of the value chain
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
