As we continue to scale our impact, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Treasury Supervisor to join our Finance team. This is a key role that will drive both day-to-day financial operations and long-term strategic initiatives.

Job Summary
The Head of Creative Services will be responsible in leading teams (.madTank, .madLabs, .madHouse) on all aspects of creative output. The role serves as primary lead in all creative content done by the agency – from socials, marketplaces, websites, platform content and the likes.
The role serves as the final approver of all collaterals to be completed per brand. He/She will lead and handle the whole Creative Team in ideation, strategy, creation, and publication of all creative content.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Have Technical Knowledge in All Creative Aspects
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all creative tools, techniques, and processes used within the department.
    • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, software updates, and best practices in creative design and production.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality creative output.
  2. Have Innovative Thinking to Promote Efficiency, Enable Productivity, and Increase Engagement for the Department
    • Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline creative workflows and processes.
    • Propose new ideas and strategies to enhance productivity and engagement within the creative team.
    • Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement by encouraging team members to experiment with new approaches and technologies.
  3. Find ways to increase business revenue and profitability to achieve annual overall company financial KPIs involves strategic planning and implementation
    • Analyze current market trends, identify growth opportunities, new services, partnerships, optimize operational efficiencies, and implement targeted initiatives across sales, marketing, and operational functions.
  4. Be Able to Communicate Directions and Cascade 
    • Clearly articulate creative directions, project goals, and expectations to the team.
    • Ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities 
    • Effectively cascade important information and updates throughout the department to keep everyone aligned and informed.
  5. Be Versatile in Agency Changes and Implement Improvements
    • Adapt quickly to changes in agency strategy, processes, or structure, and support the team in doing the same.
    • Lead or participate in the implementation of improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the creative department.
    • Continuously evaluate the impact of changes and improvements, making necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.
  6. Engage with Clients, Sales Teams, and Core Commercial Team When Needed
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their creative needs and provide solutions that align with their objectives.
    • Support sales teams in pitching and securing creative projects.
    • Collaborate with commercial teams to align creative work with overall business goals.
    • Provide insights and feedback from clients and sales teams to inform creative strategies and improvements.
  7. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
Education
  • Have a degree in Management, Advertising, or any business-related course.
Experience
  • At least 5 years of agency experience preferably in digital or marketing agencies
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
Core Competencies
  • Creative Software Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard creative software 
    such as Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant software tools used in your specific 
    field. 
  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools such as 
    Trello, or plutio to help manage creative projects, assign tasks, track progress, and 
    ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Design Principles and Techniques: In-depth knowledge of design principles, 
    including typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy. 
  • Presentation and Communication Tools: Proficiency in presentation software such 
    as Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple Keynote to create visually engaging 
    presentations. Strong communication skills are crucial for effectively presenting 
    creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients.
Skills
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and is adaptable to working in a dynamic environment where priorities and requirements may change frequently.
  • Can handle high-pressure situations, remain calm under stress, and effectively manage time and resources to meet critical deadlines.
  • Can attend to multiple priorities simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively to ensure all objectives are met.

Skills Required

  • Degree in Management, Advertising, or any business-related course
  • At least 5 years of agency experience (preferably digital or marketing agencies)
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership position
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Plutio
  • In-depth knowledge of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy)
