The Head of Corporate Transformation & Compliance leads enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and ensures a strong, scalable compliance framework aligned with public-company requirements. This role owns the ERP and transformation roadmap, while providing executive oversight of SOX controls.
- Define and lead the corporate transformation roadmap, including ERP strategy, and operating model evolution in partnership with Finance, IT and Sales
- Establish controls-by-design, ensuring SOX and compliance requirements are embedded in processes and systems, including ERP and Salesforce environments
- Oversee corporate compliance frameworks (SOX) and regulatory readiness with the info provided by Finance
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership on transformation, systems governance and risk

- Executive leadership team and Finance, IT, Legal, and Sales leaders
- Internal and External Auditors
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience: 10+ years in transformation, finance, consulting, or corporate leadership roles, including public-company exposure
- Core Expertise: ERP implementations, large-scale transformation, SOX governance, and operating model design
- Leadership Skills: People leadership, strong executive communication, and stakeholder influence
- Tools: ERP platforms (SAP, NetSuite), EPM and transformation governance frameworks
Nice-to-Have:
- Big 4 advisory or top-tier consulting background
- Experience leading transformation in a listed or highly regulated company
- Unification of different ERPs
