Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to drive the transformation of technology across Corporate Functions. The Head of Corporate Technology Transformation will be responsible for modernizing and optimizing the technology platforms that support corporate functions with a strategic focus on enabling advanced capabilities in financial planning and analysis, operational agility, and enterprise performance.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic foresight, operational excellence, with expertise in corporate technologies, data and automation particularly in financial processes. In partnership with Corp Tech Leaders, they will define a modernized technology roadmap across corporate domains. This leader must be highly effective at influencing across business and D&T teams, aligning stakeholders around a shared transformation vision and driving cross-functional execution.
- Partner with senior finance and D&T leaders to define a bold vision and strategy for transforming financial planning and analysis capabilities through modern technology.
- Lead initiatives to modernize enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning processes.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve forecast accuracy.
- Enable real-time insights and scenario modelling to support agile decision-making.
- Consolidate the corporate technology roadmap, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and enable insights across corporate functions.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives—from solution design through deployment, change management, and post-implementation support.
- Drive operational excellence across corporate platforms, ensuring stability, compliance, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution and sustained adoption of transformation initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and a value framework to measure success, adoption, and business impact of transformation efforts.
- Stay current on market trends, tools, and innovations across all domains of corporate technologies.
You are
- A strategic, tech-savvy leader with deep knowledge of financial planning and analysis, who influences across business and technology teams to drive enterprise-wide transformation.
You have
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years focused on finance transformation or enterprise performance management (EPM).
- Deep understanding of financial planning processes, metrics, and technology enablers.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale FP&A solutions and leading large transformation programs.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence across Finance, IT, and executive leadership.
- Experience with modern planning platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Reporting Relationships
As our Head of Corporate Technology Transformation, you will report to our Head of Corporate Functions Technology, who reports to our Chief Digital and Technology Officer.
Location
- The primary locations for this position are Stamford, CT, Hudson Yards, NYC or Holmdel, NJ.
Travel
- 25% Travel required for this position
Salary Range:
$174,760.00 - $287,102.50The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
