Job Description
Come join a collaborative and diverse team focused on delivering business value to our partners in the Corporate Functions and the Developers they support!
As a Senior Principal Data Architect at JP Morgan Chase, within our Intelligent Systems Data and Analytics Corporate Technology organization, your role will encompass the application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance the business value of data utilized and produced by Corporate Technology and our Corporate Function Partners. Your collaboration with Information Architects, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Owners, Chief Data Officers will be instrumental in shaping our data strategy.
Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate across Intelligent Systems Data and Analytics (ISDA), the rest of Corporate Technology (CT) and their partners in the Corporate Functions to create and drive the our Data Strategy
  • Create roadmaps for achieving our Data Strategy while adhering to or business and controls requirements along the way
  • Collaborate with Corporate Technology Chief Architect to define the Data Architecture standards and patterns and blueprints for Corporate Technology
  • Collaborate with the Chief Data Offices of our partners in the Corporate Functions to ensure that they have the right controls and visibility into the data they have in a self-service and automated way
  • Collaborate with our Intelligent Systems Data and Analytics (ISDA) AI/ML and Data Science teams across Corporate Technology and our Corporate Functions to reduces friction in obtaining the data they need to build solutions.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Formal training or Certification on Information Architecture concepts and 10+ years applied experience in managing diverse and technical Information Architecture and Data Engineering teams
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver scalable, resilient, high quality Software and Services leveraging Public Cloud
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Math or Engineering field
  • 10+ years experience in Information Architecture
  • 5+ years experience creating data architecture for large scale systems on public cloud
