Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Corporate Marketing to lead the Corporate Marketing function and drive enterprise value for the Exinity Group. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing vision that enhances brand positioning, corporate reputation, and market influence. The successful candidate will manage brand strategy, corporate communications, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring marketing efforts align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.
 

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Brand & Positioning

  • Define and drive the corporate brand strategy to enhance visibility and market credibility.
  • Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all corporate marketing channels.
  • Oversee corporate visual identity, ensuring brand guidelines are upheld.

2. Thought Leadership & Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute a thought leadership strategy to position the company as an industry leader.
  • Lead the creation of high-impact content, including reports, whitepapers, and executive communications.
  • Leverage insights and industry trends to inform storytelling and brand narratives.

3. Corporate Communications & PR

  • Lead external corporate communications efforts, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Align with Internal Communications to ensure consistency and efficiency in efforts
  • Manage relationships with media, analysts, and key industry influencers.
  • Develop crisis communication strategies and support reputation management.

4. Enterprise Marketing & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with key business units (AT, Nemo, BCT) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Develop targeted campaigns that drive engagement with investors, partners, and regulators.
  • Lead sponsorship and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

5. Performance & Analytics

  • Establish KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and brand strategy.
  • Report on marketing impact to senior leadership and stakeholders.

6. Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide strategic direction, guidance, and career development opportunities for direct reports.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration within the marketing team and across business units.
  • Promote continuous learning, innovation, and best practices within the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, corporate communications, and enterprise marketing.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, investor relations, or stakeholder engagement preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience in thought leadership.
