Corporate Communications
- Oversee all corporate communications activities in Indonesia, including internal and external communications across traditional and digital media channels
- Collaborate with business units to ensure consistent messaging and communication across all channels
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and identify areas for improvement
- Develop crisis communication plans and effectively manage communication during crises.
- Provide valuable input and feedback to the regional team to ensure effective communication and brand strategies that resonate with the local audience
- Serve as a key contact point in Indonesia for stakeholders and support content localization efforts.
- Develop CSR project funding proposals in collaboration with local partners, focusing on assisting underprivileged children and young adults in Indonesia
- Oversee the implementation of CSR projects and ensure alignment with Bosch's corporate values.
- Drive the build-up of Bosch brand awareness and reputation in ID through various channels, such as social media, PR campaigns, KOL engagements, corporate events, and exhibitions
- Collaborate with business unit teams to develop and execute effective marketing and communications campaigns, resulting in increased brand and product category awareness.
Government Relations
- Develop advocacy strategies, campaigns, and action plans in alignment with the leadership team and business units for Indonesia
- Establish and manage an internal network with all relevant actors for political activities in ID
- Build up and maintain an external network with key political decision makers and other relevant stakeholders (e.g. associations, NGOs, universities, industry partners)
- Representation of Bosch in associations / committee meetings
- Organization and coordination of political meetings for high-ranking Bosch associates including executive management from the region and overseas
- Market research on macro-economic and political topics affecting the business development of Bosch, namely in the areas of trade policy, geopolitics, road safety, and electrification
- Intelligence gathering and monitoring on key events and political environment in the region, with focus on relevant trends that affect Bosch’s business operations
- Degree in political science, business management, marketing, public affairs, law or similar
- Experience in gov relations, corporate communications, corporate affairs
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and analytical skills
- Ability to handle & negotiate with high ranking politicians and business leaders
- Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well a dynamic environment and manage uncertainties
- Proactive and able to work effectively with teams across organisational and functional boundaries
- Ability to engage with complex stakeholders with different cultural and occupational backgrounds
- Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties
- Strong interpersonal skills with good command of English, written and spoken
