The role:
The Head of Controlling is responsible for ensuring strong financial performance, transparency, and reliable financial insights across the Group.
This role supports business decision-making through planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, while ensuring financial discipline and consistency.
You will:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Act as a finance business partner to senior management.
- Analyze performance (P&L, margins, costs, KPIs) and identify risks and opportunities.
- Deliver clear and timely management reporting and financial insights.
- Monitor costs, margins, and efficiency across products and business units.
- Improve financial processes, tools, and data quality.
- Lead and develop the Controlling team.
Requeriments:
- 10+ years of experience in Controlling or Finance, including leadership roles.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Experience in multinational environments.
- Solid knowledge of P&L, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar
- Strategic, analytical, hands-on, and business-oriented.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
