Your role
-
Act as a Finance Business Partner for the Head of Product Group Implants & Disposables
-
Lead and develop Operations Controllers at five manufacturing sites

Oversee the financial planning for the Product Group as well as the steering throughout the year and the initiation of corrective actions
-
Provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives of the Product Group
-
Create transparency regarding the operational performance and FCF (especially CAPEX & inventory management) with appropriate KPIs
-
Provide a timely and meaningful reporting to all relevant stakeholders to enable fact-based decision-making
-
Ensure the financial compliance of the Product Group with internal and external requirements (e.g. month-end & year-end closing activities of legal entities)

Active participation in important Operations and Controlling projects to drive standardization and harmonization across Sites as key enablers for efficiency and scalability

Collaborate with the Finance community (Group Controlling, SBU Controlling, Accounting) on manufacturing-related topics for Strategy and Mid-term Planning
Your profile
-
Relevant academic degree (e.g. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field, Master's degree or additional certifications preferred)

7-10 years of experience in Finance & Controlling in a global corporate environment and with a focus on manufacturing-related topics

Strong communication, collaboration, presentation and leadership skills, to manage diverse teams in a global, culturally diverse environment

Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills, a passion to conceptualise and to drive process improvements as well as the capacity to influence and engage at all levels within the organisation

Hands-on mentality and passion to co-create a future-fit Controlling organisation

Expertise in change management is a plus
-
Fluent in English
