Position Title: Head of Contract Finance
Salary: $297,448 to $320,000/ Year
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/ Week
Summary of Duties: Responsible for a total Contract Volume that results in approx. $1.7bn annual revenue across various business units. Serve as contact for Commercial and legal contract management including customer facing reviews and clarifications, contract workflow through the lifecycle from validation to system maintenance. Responsible for successful customer service management including time & material billing, Dispute Management, and Installed Base management. Ensure to track customer contracts over their lifecycle, including revenue recognition, fixed asset depreciation, customer efficiency, roll overs, past compliance revenue within the contract leasing module and contracts outside of systems. Review customers and remedy inefficiencies, drive analysis of non-compliant customers and implement recovery solutions, manage all complex deals and develop and implement process improvements. Steering of the key project. Collaborate with other internal organization to ensure transparent alignment on critical assumptions. May work remotely 70% of time.
Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered, Accountant, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
The position requires: Experience with digitalization and business process improvement. Experience with accounting and finance principles. Experience in working with business analytics tools and building basic dashboards, conducting data analysis, and driving implementation of improvement projects. Ability to evaluate and support implementation of new finance tools. Experience in Contract Management, including Terms and Conditions, operational milestones, and customer negotiations. Experience in Internal Controls and Risk Management. Experience in taxes compliance, planning and litigation, transfer pricing. Experience in M&A projects on acquisitions, divestitures, and business carveouts. Experience with Cross functional Leadership. Experience in Financial Statements and Market Financial Disclosures. Experience in Global Sales and go-to-market Strategies. Experience in Quote and Contract Pricing. Experience in Statutory Regulations and corporate financial requirements. Experience in Cashflow, working capital and liquidity. 10-15% Domestic and International travel required. May work remotely 70% of time.
