Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive all CBS (Continuous Improvement/Lean) activities across the plant
- Translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure execution
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead projects (RIEs, problem-solving, lean initiatives)
- Manage CBS budget, forecasts, and financial targets
- Train, coach, and develop employees in CBS principles and lean culture
- Monitor KPIs, track project performance, and ensure accurate reporting
- Implement and maintain CBS standards; support continuous improvement of processes
- Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams
- Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Coordinate project phases and activities
- Provide technical guidance and engineering expertise
- Review designs, specifications, and drawings
- Resolve technical issues during project execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct meetings with clients and internal teams
- Communicate project progress and updates
- Prepare and manage project budgets
- Track project costs and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Forecast resource requirements and expenses
- Monitor project progress and performance
- Prepare reports and maintain project documentation
- Ensure adherence to timelines and milestones
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Implement quality assurance and control procedures
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth execution
University degree, preferably in business administration, engineering or related discipline
5 or more years of professional experience in various CBS/lean functions
Cross functional experience e.g. in engineering, quality, purchasing or supply chain preferred
