We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years, we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!
We have scaled to 50 million+ monthly page views, 8 million+ registrations, over 22 million listed products, and 22000+ active designers.
Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.
As a Head of Content (Supply & Categorization) in Product Management, you will be responsible for owning the breadth, depth and quality of the different content categories we have on the platform, ensuring high quality supply for subscribers.
As a Head of Content you will:
- Design and build intuitive content management and taxonomy structures that enhance searchability and improve overall user experience.
- Analyze usage data and market trends to identify opportunities for improving key metrics, including Supply Fill Rate, Category Coverage Ratio, and Designer Onboarding.
- Develop and optimize the Designer Dashboard to drive user engagement, streamline workflows, and enhance community interaction.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to content, searchability, and designer engagement, diagnosing issues that impact growth and efficiency.
- Foster strong partnerships and ongoing collaboration with the platform team, marketing, engineering, other product leads, and leadership to align on strategies and execution.
- Make high-impact decisions that support global product strategy and contribute to the core product roadmap, with a focus on content, searchability, designer tools, and community engagement.
What you will need to have?:
- 5+ years of product leadership experience with supply driven organizations, such as marketplaces or B2C content subscriptions.
- Strong data / analytical background, and experience setting up data frameworks to measure success inside a product org.
- Proven track record of delivering business outcomes demonstrated success in building and shipping great product experiences
- Strong understanding of crafting and/or digital assets
- Hands-on mindset and ability to run your data analysis and ability to make decisions based on data and user insights
