We are looking for the Head of Content Quality Operations is responsible for ensuring the availability, quality, and safety of content across the platform, enabling sustainable business growth while maintaining an excellent customer experience. The role oversees the full content quality lifecycle—from content sufficiency and profile moderation to client protection and operational excellence—ensuring that departmental KPIs directly support the company's strategic and commercial objectives.

Your main tasks will be:

• Lead and develop the Content Quality Operations department, including Content Sufficiency, Profile Moderation, Client Protection, and Quality Compliance teams.
• Ensure sufficient volume and high quality of content across all markets.
• Drive continuous improvements in content quality, moderation accuracy, and customer protection processes.
• Own departmental KPIs, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to improve operational and business results.
• Optimize processes, increase automation, and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align Content Quality Operations with company objectives.
• Develop managers and build a high-performing, accountable team culture.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
